Intimate Dinners with Chef Seth Stowaway
In anticipation of the launch of Chef Seth Stowaway's sophomore restaurant, Chef Seth will be hosting a series of intimate preview dinners at different locations in and around San Francisco. Limited to just ten people per dinner, the previews are designed for connection with Chef Seth and with fellow diners. Each dinner features a different menu, and explores the different inspirations and facets behind Chef Seth's cooking. It's a front-row glimpse into what may come when the new restaurant opens!
For the next six months (July to December), Chef Seth will be hosting four (4) dinners per month. Tickets are extremely limited. By becoming a Dining Club member, you get two tickets to dinners each month, and priority access to reserve your spot before tickets are open to the public.
Each ticket covers the cost of dinner for one (including taxes and tips). Your choice of beverages will be calculated separately.
This is a monthly membership that ends with the final installment in December 2025.

- A text line to reach Chef Seth and his team directly. You can use this line to make booking requests and arrangements directly with the Chef
- The opportunity to book Chef Seth for a private dinner at your home. Chef Seth will cook for your gathering with a custom menu based on your preferences. (This is priced separately from the membership)
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I redeem the dinner tickets?
As a member, you receive two dinner tickets each month. These can be redeemed for any preview dinners from Chef Seth scheduled between July to December 2025.
You will receive a link to purchase tickets for each scheduled dinner ahead of the general release. Any tickets you have as part of the membership will automatically be applied at checkout.
Can I purchase more than two tickets?
Yes! Additional tickets may be purchased for any dinner.
What if I am unable to use two tickets every month?
Not a problem. Any unused tickets will roll over and available for you during the subsequent months.
How can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time by visiting the My Membership section of your Member Portal.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will still have access to your tickets until the end of the current billing period. We encourage you to use any remaining tickets you have during this time.
